Jeremy has finally (after decades!) dared to work out an arrangement of Nick Drake’s song Fly, from his (Nick’s) album Bryter Layter. This is partly because of all the ‘Nick Drake-ness’ around with the publication of Remembered for a While, but also because it has always been a favourite song. But precisely because it seems so personal few have attempted covers.

Jeremy has previously recorded a version (beautifully arranged by Phil Toms) of  Northern Sky for his CD Other Loves.

You can find Jeremy’s version of Fly on his CD More than ever.  It’s a very unscrubbed version: just voice and guitar.
